This Barolo red wine comes from one of the best locations in La Morra, Rocche dell' Annunziata . The vineyard extends over 30 hectares at almost 400m altitude and runs in a south-westerly direction. In the central part of this vineyard, the Corino family owns a plot of almost 1 hectare. The Barolo from this location is characterized by great elegance, body and complexity. This also aptly characterizes the Barolo 2018 Rocche Dell' Annunziata wine made by the Renato Corino family.
With its ruby red color, the intense berry, earthy notes and its great harmony and elegance, this wine is one of the greats of this region. The aging takes place over a period of 26 months in oak barrels of various sizes. This Barolo is not filtered. Properly stored, this wine can develop and maintain its potential for decades. This Barolo is the perfect accompaniment to game, roasts and red meat. The winery uses neither herbicides nor pesticides in the vineyard and no additives in the wine production.
