The likeable newcomer from the Barolo community of Novello
Luca Marenco belongs to a new generation of young winemakers who, with great passion and ambition, will determine the future of Piedmontese viticulture.
Luca inherited valuable vineyards from his family in the municipalities of Novello and Barolo. This prompted him to return to the old vineyards and he now owns an impressive ten hectares, of which the Nebbiolo grape variety accounts for the largest share of which represents.
Luca's guiding principle is to produce sustainable wines that follow tradition and reflect the terroir. In doing so, he is increasingly looking to introduce new technologies that will allow him to cultivate his vineyards with minimal environmental impact.
