The grapes for this Nebbiolo come from various plots of the winery and are carefully selected by hand. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats and the wine is then transferred to large Slovenian oak barrels for a year of maturation. The Nebbiolo is then aged in the bottle for six months before it goes on sale.
On the nose, the Nebbiolo is delicate and pleasant, the predominant notes are raspberry and violet, and with maturation very refined secondary aromas emerge.
On the palate, elegance and complexity impress with finely woven tannins and pleasant, lively acidity. A harmonious and well-balanced wine. It is recommended to decant it. Drinking window: 2023-2030
