    The grapes from which La Ca Növa Langhe Nebbiolo 2021 DOC is made are carefully picked by hand and processed immediately. Fermentation then takes place in a large, open oak vat. The Nebbiolo then spends 12 months in Austrian oak barrels before aging in the bottle for a further six months before finally being sold.

    The outstanding characteristics of this La Ca Növa Langhe Nebbiolo 2021 DOC are fresh, fruity aromas, a slightly spicy and velvety taste, a remarkable density, a balanced structure with finely mature tannins and a lively, well-integrated acidity. Drinking window: 2023-2031

    The still relatively unknown winery La Ca Növa produces top Nebbiolo wines year after year that are in a class of their own and can compete with the best Barbaresco and Nebbiolo wines. All this at very fair prices, which are well below the price level of comparable top Nebbiolo. La Ca Növa has been growing organic wine for years.

    A wine that goes well with almost all dishes at a meal. Especially with rich and spicy dishes with meat or vegetable sauces. Also very good with grilled or fried meat dishes.
