    • The grapes for the Chionetti Quinto Langhe Nebbiolo La Chiusa 2020 DOC come from various vineyards belonging to the family in Dogliani, as well as from the municipality of Monforte D'Alba . The hand-picking takes place in mid-October and after destemming, the mash is fermented in wooden vats. The wine is aged in large French oak barrels over a period of around a year. Before the Nebbiolo goes on sale, it is stored in the bottle for a short time.

    Pleasantly fresh, fruity and floral aromas predominate on the nose. On the palate, this Nebbiolo appears structured, dense with slightly earthy and grassy notes. The tannins are present, fine and well balanced. A very successful Nebbiolo!

    The legendary Chionetti winery is located in the Dogliani region, known for its authentic Dolcetto wines.
