    • The Fratelli Borgogno Dolcetto D'Alba 2022 DOC red wine embodies the timeless elegance of a traditional Dolcetto wine, which boasts remarkable freshness and invigorating qualities.

    The palate is treated to a rich fruitiness accompanied by a dense, well-structured texture supported by gentle, rounded tannins. This wine undoubtedly proves to be extremely successful!

    The grapes for the Fratelli Borgogno Dolcetto D'Alba 2022 DOC come from a vineyard belonging to the respected Borgogno family in Barolo, which is planted with medium-aged vines. The harvest is carefully carried out by hand in early September, and the grapes are immediately fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Short aging also takes place in these tanks, followed by three months of storage in bottles before the wine is finally sold.

    The Fratelli Borgogno Dolcetto D'Alba 2022 DOC impresses with its deep red color as well as the fresh, fruity nuances and the pleasantly velvety tannins. In the mouth it shows a dense, structured texture, which is accompanied by a lively expressiveness. This wine undoubtedly admirably embodies the essence of a classic Dolcetto.     Since 1897, the Borgogno family has been producing Barolo in the heart of Cannubi and for five generations they have lovingly cultivated their vineyards to produce a traditional wine that conveys all the authenticity of our land. Today, as then, this iconic winery retains its absolutely family character. The memory of Serio Borgogno, the grandfather of the current owners Emanuela and Federica, lives on in his vineyards and in the passion that he was able to pass on to his family.

    It is very suitable as an aperitif, with starters, salami, pasta and pizza.
