    The grapes come from a plot of the very well-known San Luigi vineyard, which extends to the south at an altitude of up to 400m and is located in the Dolcetto stronghold of Dogliani.

    The grapes are hand-picked at the beginning of September, after which the grapes are destemmed, pressed and fermented with the skins in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Maturation takes almost a year and also takes place in stainless steel tanks. After a short time in the bottle, the Dolcetto is ready to drink. It is characterized by its fruity aromas, its freshness and great balance with a long finish. More than just a country wine with an excellent price/quality ratio. Drinking window: 2023-2028
