The grapes for this dry Langhe Roero white wine come from a family plot in Scaparoni, very close to the Roero production area. After the manual harvest at the end of August, the must is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The subsequent maturation also takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts about six months.
The result is a very uncomplicated and successful Langhe Roero white wine. It has a wonderful freshness, with fruity aromas, especially fragrant apples, and is very balanced. Good drinking feeling! A good accompaniment to appetizers, fish and white meat dishes. Ready to drink immediately and the next two years. Recommended drinking temperature: 9°-10°.
