Since 1970 the family has been producing a Dolcetto wine on 1.4 hectares of vineyards and located very close to the winery in Monforte D'Alba. The grapes are harvested by hand and, after destemming, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. Maturation also takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts around 5-6 months. After a short bottle storage, the wine is then sold.
This Dolcetto D'Alba is a classic country wine that offers plenty of drinking flow thanks to its freshness and liveliness. Fruity aromas, good structure and density with balance and well-developed tannins.
Goes very well with pasta dishes, pizza, grilled dishes or as an aperitif.
