This organically grown Deltetto Roero Arneis San Michele 2020 DOCG has been produced by the Deltetto family since the 70s and is the flagship of the winery. After the hand-picked grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The expansion then takes place both in stainless steel tanks and in large oak barrels and lasts twelve months. After a short period of bottle storage, the wine is then sold.
Deltetto Roero Arneis San Michele 2020 DOCG has a straw-yellow colour, pronounced exotic notes and an aromatic, full-bodied taste with a lingering aftertaste. Incidentally, Roero Arneis is one of the few wines whose taste cannot be tasted on the tongue , but only perceives on the palate. This Roero Arneis goes best with fried fish and Asian cuisine. This wine is ready to drink immediately and for the next five years. The winery operates organic winegrowing.
