This organic Roero Arneis 2021 has been produced by the Deltetto family since the 70s and is the flagship of the winery. After the hand-picking, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The expansion then also takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts six months. After a short period of bottle storage, the wine is then sold.
Deltetto Roero Arneis Daivej 2021 DOCG has a straw yellow colour, exotic notes and a fresh taste full of character. Incidentally, Roero Arneis is one of the few wines whose taste cannot be felt on the tongue, but only on the palate perceives. This Roero Arneis is very suitable as an aperitif and also goes well with appetizers. The wine is ready to drink immediately and for the next three years.
