Jedes Jahr erntet die Familie Deltetto eine relativ kleine Auswahl an Nebbiolo-Trauben etwas früher als normal. Das Ziel ist aus den von Hand gelesenen Trauben, einen Rosato Wein von großer Trinkbarkeit und Frische zu keltern. Der Name dieses Rosato Weins leitet sich von dem piemontesischen Begriff "suasì" ab.
Die Vinifizierung findet dann durch kurze Kaltmazeration und Gärung in Edelstahltanks statt bei einer Temperatur von 16° statt. Schließlich reift der Wein ebenfalls im Edelstahltank und nach kurzer Flaschenreifung kommt der Rosato in den Handel.
Das Resultat ist ein Wein mit kräftiger Rosèfarbe, exotischen Aromen, großer Frische und Lebendigkeit am Gaumen und großem Trinkfluss. Ein hervorragender Aperitif Wein. Passt auch sehr gut zu Fisch- und Meeresfrüchtevorspeisen. Kühl trinken, empfohlene Serviertemperatur: 9°C
