An uncomplicated, fresh Langhe Nebbiolo 2021 with well-integrated tannins and floral, fruity notes. Lots of drinking flow.
The grapes for this wine come from various Nebbiolo family vineyards planted in 2007/2008. The hand harvest takes place in September/early October and the grapes are then immediately destemmed and pressed. The fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The expansion then takes place in stainless steel tanks and after a short bottle storage the wine is then sold.
This Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 has a garnet red color and notes of geranium and raspberry. On the palate it is warm and soft, has fine tannins and a lot of drinking flow. It goes very well with pasta with ragù, pizza, hamburgers. It is ready to drink immediately and for the next seven years.
The winery operates integrated viticulture.
