The Barbaresco is one of the family's wines, produced year after year from the berries of different vineyards and locations. These are grapes from the Montersino, Ronchi and Ovello plots, carefully selected by hand for further processing.
The fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and usually lasts 30 days. The wine is then matured in 20 hectolitre oak barrels from Austria and finally the Barbaresco is in the bottle for half a year for further aging.
The result is a high-quality Barbaresco 2020, which is more than just an entry-level wine for the site wines. This wine impresses with aromatic aromas such as cherries, rose petals and dried herbs. The fine tannins complement each other well with the pleasant acidity. The wine shows finesse and good structure. Goes very well with risotto, poultry and pasta with meat sauces. Drink anytime from now until around 2030.
